2. If you shop online without any existing suppliers, please follow the rules of address filling:

You will get a notification from E-mail and then you can find the details, like amount, weight and volume size of your parcel in My profile. Please check your parcel information in Parcel list and declare your parcel value.

Step 4:

When all your parcels are arrived in our Chinese warehouse, you need to Apply for consolidation, enter your shipping information, select the parcels which you need to apply consolidate, the shipping fee of your order will be calculated automatically. 

Step 5:

Once payment done, we will pack and dispatch your order as soon as we can. The order will be in regular procedure of Customs clearance, MPI check,etc. You can use your order number to track the status of your order. Then tracking number will be provided when your order has arrived in Auckland and parcel will be delivered door to door at the end.

Step 6:

Please confirm online when your parcel has been received.
