ChinaExpress provides stocking and consolidation of parcels to consolidation packages, and transit to the logistics service of destination countries. 

Members must declared truthfully about all information of all parcels. ChinaExpress is not responsible for name, quantity, value, quality.

If members have demand for claims, you have to purchase insurance and contact insurance company directly. Otherwise, you do not have receive any claims.

The items to be delivered must strictly obey the China Customs, Customs of destination country, Quarantine department and the Air Transport Regulations. Otherwise, all consequences will be responsible by the member.

In order to have a good experience with ChinaExpress, please make sure to read and thoroughly understand this statement. You will be considered to have accept this statement when you choose to accept the terms and conditions of service.



a. Storage


The member must fill in the correct member code and the receiving address (the member number is the code of CE+number, which can be seen in the member center after registration). If the problems are caused by the member information error, the member will take the own responsibility.

ChinaExpress does not participate with the goods. Members need to communicate with the sellers/individual about the name, quantity, value, quality, etc. If Members need to inspect the contents of the package, including unpacking, taking photos, counting, weighing, and measuring volume, the fee is 10 RMB per deliver order.

If the member needs ChinaExpress to assist the rejection/return/re-transmission and other operation services, the fee is 10 RMB per delivery order, and the operation is allowed when the warehouse personnel time permits. There is no guarantee for the specific operation time and transit company SF express in China to choose destination payment service.


The warehousing operation generally takes 1 or 2 working days. If parcels have been on the way to the Shenzhen warehouse, or if the courier has been signed, but the ChinaExpress does not show that it has been put the goods under your account, please don't worry because sometimes the package did not get into the ChinaExpress Shenzhen warehouse, but the courier signed it and showed on the receipt). ChinaExpress only confirm that the actual warehousing package to be final confirmation of the warehousing package and retain the final interpretation right.


For the package that has been put into storage, once it is lost or damaged in the warehouse, it will be compensated according to the actual purchase value of the package.


ChinaExpress has 30 days free storage. After 30 days, parcels have not be transported or unknown owner, ChinaExpress has the right to dispose it without any notice or compensation.


ChinaExpress will not sign any unpaid parcels.


ChinaExpress has the right to refuse to collect the items: concealing the real name and value of the goods intentionally or unintentionally, and the consignor have to take the responsibility for all legal and economic compensation, please read the prohibited items description carefully.



b. Declaration of consignment


The member must submit the packaged consolidation parcel after all parcels arrive, and the consolidated shipping order cannot be modified or cancelled once it is paid.


For the safety of your goods delivery, please choose to unpack and merge all goods. If the original contents of the package are damaged due to the merger of the original packed, member have to responsible for it. ChinaExpress does not take any responsibility for this.


For all packages, we will compare the weighing weight with the volume weight, and calculate the shipping cost for the heavier ones. Volume Weight (KG) = Length (L) (cm) X Width (W) (cm) X Height (H) (cm) / 5000.


Please truthfully declare the items, the quantity and weight of the item, etc to assist the government departments and transportation departments to inspect the goods, and ChinaExpress has the right to unpack the contents of the package and verify whether it can be collected.


When the parcels are in the warehouse, they will be net weight. After the consolidation packed, the weight of the cartons will be increased by 0.5-1kg. If the total weight of the parcels needs to be within 10kg, please submit a net weight package of less than 9kg.


ChinaExpress does not take any responsibility for the delay delivery, delivery error and goods damage due to the following reasons as below:

The reason of the consignor and its entrusted agent, such as incorrect or infilling address and incorrect telephone number; the address of the recipient's address changed or undelivered.


The goods of the consignor and its agent violate of the relevant national policies and laws, such as flammable, explosive, polluting, corrosive, toxic, various types of powders, liquids and other dangerous goods.


All losses caused by the shipper and its agent without any declaration or improper packaging.


ChinaExpress is irresponsible for delays, loss, destruction or confiscation of goods caused by force majeure, such as war, riots, bad weather, flight delays, crashes, hurricanes, fires, floods, major traffic accidents, and natural or artificial Severe disasters and various circumstances beyond the control of the company or confiscation caused by the consignor and its authorized agents are not responsible for any confiscation.



c. Packaging reinforcement


After submitting the order, the package will go through five procedures: picking, verification, reinforcing the package, checking the package, and posting the order to guarantee your goods safety.


In order to speed up the packing speed of the distribution and reduce your waiting time, it is recommended that you carefully understand the Air transportation regulations, relevant contraband precautions or consult online customer service before placing the order. Fill in the goods declaration carefully when submitting the order, if the goods are over length or weight, and prohibited items have be found and not match with actual content you submitted. We will suspend the packaging and reinforce the package. The package that cannot be packaged will be prompted by the “problem order” (New Zealand MPI for the import of products: https://www.mpi.govt.nz/importing).


Our warehousing department has its own set of strict standard packaging operation specifications. Warehousing staff will pack and repack the package orders that need to be unpacked and assembled according to the actual situation of the package. ChinaExpress is issued on the basis of the package when the goods are received. Shipper have to take the responsibility if the goods are not packaged properly, there is no requirement for safe transportation of the goods, or items of special substances (Easily damaged goods, important goods, damage not indicated to the company etc.).



d. Customs clearance


GST, import duties and customs declaration:

Depending on the value and type of items you buy from overseas, goods arriving in New Zealand may generate GST and import duties. This information can be found on the New Zealand Customs website (https://www.customs.govt.nz/), and the sum of GST and import duties payable is not up to $60. Your goods will be direct exempted and released. The Tax calculator can help you calculate your taxes accurately (https://www.customs.govt.nz/wmd). 

The value of the items you send + the cost of shipping + the total amount of insurance does not exceed $400.


For parcels that generate taxes and fees, the Customs requires separate second declaration, which is responsible by the customer. For the total value of parcels and freight charges not exceeding 400NZD, if there is no special circumstances, customs clearance and import arrangements will be completed within 3 working days.


If the goods are delayed due to customs clearance or confiscated by the customs, the company will not refund the freight and will not bear the relevant losses.


If goods need to be inspected by the customs or commodity department at the destination country, the additional processing time and expenses required for fumigation, returning, and destruction shall be borne by the customer and cannot be included in the basic freight from ChinaExpress.


The member consignment sends out a parcel, but the goods in the package are inspected by the destination commodity inspection department before they can be released, and the member is required to pay the relevant inspection fee and delay the receipt time.


Solution: Members must contact the relevant departments to pay the fees and handle them on their own.


The member consigns a parcel, but the value of the goods in the package exceeds the reasonable use of the individual, resulting in the need for secondary commercial clearance of the goods.


Solution: Members must cooperate with the second-time commercial customs clearance, pay the fees, and actively cooperate with the materials needed for customs clearance.


The member collects and delivers a parcel, but the package contains goods that are required to be destroyed or returned after inspection by the commodity inspection department of the destination country, and the member is required to pay the relevant destruction or expenses.


Solution: Members must contact the relevant departments to pay the fees and handle them on their own.




e. Insurance claims


"Insurance": The insurance fee is 2% of the value of your declared value, and the minimum charge is 8 RMB.

For example, the total value of your declared value is 666 RMB, and the premium is 666*2%=13.32.

For example, the total value of your declared value is 100 RMB, and the insurance is 100*2%=2, but the minimum charge is 8 RMB.

If there is a demand for claims, if you have purchased insurance, please contact the insurance company directly, do not purchase the insurance package, and do not enjoy any claims.


If the package is not delivered properly due to the member's reasons, the resulting deterioration of the item shall be borne by the member.


If the package is not delivered properly due to the sender's reason, the resulting deterioration of the item shall be borne by the customer.


Members are obliged to communicate with the seller/consignor and ensure that the package is well packaged, damaged or lost due to improper packaging during shipment to the shipping warehouse, and shipment damage during the fragile shipment. No compensation.


The insurance coverage is for the package to be completed within 48 hours after the warehouse entrance in Shenzhen to the receipt of the receipt. If you are not in the warehouse, please contact the seller and the original consignor for the logistics information. Please ensure that the package is checked immediately after signing and the receipt is 48 hours, the parcels will no longer accept claims application.


If the parcel needs to be picked up after arriving at the destination warehouse, please Email summer@nalexpress.com to make an appointment to pick up the goods, otherwise it will be mailed directly to the reserved delivery address.


Any claim must be sent to the company's customer service summer@nalexpress.com within 48 hours after the receipt of the application. If the application is overdue, the company will consider it to have completed the delivery and will not accept it.

f. Invoice
